Iris scanner not working

Has anyone facing this issue after updating to one ui 2.5 on samsung galaxy note 9 exynos sm-n960f

Works fine for me here. Maybe you need to perform a factory reset. Make sure you backup your data first.

i tried clear data on iris preloaded apps, still same.. im also tried repair apps with recovery still not working.. this occur after updating to one ui 2.5.. its fine while using one ui 2.1 before, have u tried remove your iris data and register it back.

Try wipe cache partition.

already perform factory reset still not working, now im flashing ui 2.5 with odin version 3.14.4 which is downloaded from sammobile still not working.. now i dont know what to do.

I just found out that this issue cause by screen protector, im using matte screen protector.. it covered the hidden iris sensor near front camera, thats why iris scanner not working properly..
