Issue with BMW Connected App

Trying to use the BMW Connected app on my Galaxy Note 9 and getting "An error occured while authenticating. Please try again later." error. I am able to use the same credentials using the website as well as the connected app on ios. Both my Android version and the app versions are up-to-date. Anyone can help ?

Hey @ SomnathK,
Please try to clear the app cache and data and see if it works.
Go to Settings >> Apps >> Search and Tap on "BMW Connected" app >> Storage >> Clear cache & Clear data.
You can also try AndroidAuto and see if you like it.

Thanks Keagan. tried clearing the cache & data but getting the same error. unfortunately BMW do not support AndroidAuto at this point.
