Live Message Not Working

I have tried taking the Live Message feature on and off from the s-pen panel but it doesn't seem to work at all. I click on live message button but it doesn't open anything and doesn't work...

Please help

Hi ThePagelBoy,

2 Suggestions here:

- Open Settings→ Apps→ Live Message→ Storage
Click clear data and clear cache
Reboot your phone
Try open Like Message again.

If above suggestion not work for you, try below suggestion.

- Shutdown your phone
- Press and hold volume up + Bixby button
- Release buttons when screen change to blue color
- use vol up and down to navigate
- choose Wipe Cache Partition
- Press Bixby button for OK
- choose Reboot

Try open Live Message again.

Open Settings→ Apps→ Live Message

click 3 dots on top right
Click uninstall updates
Try again on Live Message
