What kind of network issue you have?

saying I have a network connection issue I've check everything but cannot get my data going. I went down to my provider they said they dont know how to fix it

There's also a circle with a slash threw it on the top right of screen

Try remove your sim card, then insert it into the phone again. Maybe the sim card not sit correctly.

Even thou you have no mobile data, but you can connect WiFi. If after remove sim card and re-insert still not working, you have to talk to your carrier again as your phone doesn't have mobile service.

Your not getting mobile data if you didnt want that option 🤷‍♂️
WiFi should work, texting too if you have that option. What your saying is not very clear 🙈

@mytech - I think he has no mobile service at all. Symptoms: Right hand top corner icon circle with a slash 🚫, cannot call out, no mobile data.
