Mobile Connection Still unstable

Latest update did not fix Mobile Connection issue. Sadly.

Still dropping connection for no apparent reason.

Yup, not a happy user. Samsung needs to fix things faster.

I had this problem since early December when Android 10.0 came out for my S10+. I've been suffering for 1.5 month now! Samsung is very slow with their fix. Did you highlight to their support? Maybe if more of us complain, they'll expedite the fix

I already feedback twice. Third time feedback is in the Members Community forums. The mods asked me to put the information in the community thread. Sigh. Android 9 has no such issues. My Note 8 has not drop a connection since I put the SIM card back into it.

Sadly, Samsung probably can't replicate the issue, so, they don't care.

I think feedback through the member app is quite useless. I didn't get any response yet after 3 weeks. Need to complain directly via their support email

and SMS not receive even got phone signals and in service state
