My galaxy note 10 lite (SM-N770F/DS) doesn't connect to my PC (**bleep** EliteBook), I have tried all instructions and steps from YouTube and Samsung website's FAQs but it always shows "Can't connect. Make sure the address and other info is correct, then try again."

have you made sure all your drivers are up to date on your Elite book? guessing it's using Windows 10? can you check for any windows updates?

I have heard that if you are using Microsoft account on Windows 10, it won't work.
