They are probably bundling the Dec update with the Android 10 update 🤔 heard that some Note 9 in India has started receiving it.

There is a lot Samsung User in a single region. They probably updated it by list limited number. Mine already update since last year. Just wait since it's just pass 3 days in January. Even now already 2020, Yet I'm still not seeing a flying car in Malaysia. Then don't expected too high. Just keep be patient. This update already seeing on other Samsung User..😅✌🏻
