N20U battery protection feature

I noticed on my Galaxy tablet S7+ I have the battery protection option with the one u.i 3.1 with Sept patch. but my Note 20 ultra doesn't with the same software level. Just wondering if any other Note 20 ultra users have it yet. Or Maybe know if it's coming soon? I'm interested In possibly actually using this.
