Navstar contrast issues?

I'm finding that certain apps and dialogs are not automatically contrasting text and icon color properly (black on white or white on black, etc.)

If you look at the Navigation bar on the following screenshots, you will know what I mean.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm using a Note 20 Ultra on Android 12 (N986WVLU2EULE).

Valeriya, that is the software build number, not the phone's model number.

Canada has a specific model number (as you know) and the first few characters in the Build number match it (N986W).

Also, bugs are not features 👍🏼
