Need help on note 8

Hi guys, so after the recent April update, my galxay app store disappeared, my weather app gone as well, and all the bixby functions and even the bixby button stopped working, I wanna know what can I do to fix these problems, and anyone having the same issue?

I lost my weather app too. Also have problems playing videos from YouTube and other sites where it keeps buffering over wifi and data.

First thing that I would do would be to Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache - Reboot 🐧

I did that already, nothing changed.

Then you might need to Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset... BUT Galaxy Store is still missing after you Wiped Cache from Recovery?

😭OMG not the factory reset....... and yeah, it's still missing and all the bixby functions not working, alone with the bixby button, also no weather app, I checked widget, there's no weather widget as well...... so is this my phone causing the problem or the update...

something is definitely wrong with it, knowing Samsung it will take atleast 2 months to figure it out and another month for carriers to put out a fix.

Don't think that it's an issue with the April Security Patch OTA - I haven't heard of anyone else having issues like yours from a simple Security Patch OTA...
On my S9+ I did notice that it DID take a bit longer to completely finish the Update - But did you get the update just now or yesterday?
If it was just now - you could wait a few more minutes - Reboot & then wait a couple of minutes & See if things are back to normal (I'm not so concerned about the weather app) - But the Galaxy Store & Bixby should be working properly

I updated yesterday, right after the update, I noticed I have 2 app missing, because I had 2 pages full apps in app drawer. I couldn't figure out which 2 at that moment. So today I was trying to take a pic with the phone, I set my bixby button tap once to open camera, it didn't work and I went to advance setting because it's where to set the bixby button, there's no bixby option at all. Then I remembered before I had to update bixby to get that option, so I want to go to galaxy store to update, found out my galaxy app store is missing. Shortly I found out the weather is missing as well. 😭😭
