This phone has been sent off 4 times for the same issue I've changed sim cards, turned off 5g but the issue I've been having isn't coming up in any scans/tests that have been done how can I quickly get a phone replacement from Samsung when they don't want to do anything to help

I have returned my S22 twice to samsung and they say it has no problems, yet today it has started again. Phone picking up calls going straight to voice mail, then I try to make a call it fails and I have to try again....what is going on.

Whenever I try to make calls or anything it's telling me it's not on a registered network, I have this same issue since November when I only got the phone in October

You bought it directly from Samsung or from a store? Also, what phone model is this?

Have you tried resetting your network? Just search reset network setting in your phone.

1. There are quite a few members of this forum who are very dissatisfied with Samsung Australia Service and Sales. You might be better served in terms of advice by Googling Samsung, s22 (or s23) problems, TIO and consumer affairs. This forums posts come up in Google but Google's search engine is better as it picks up post content, not just the title.
2. Also search ABC and Samsung, for a recent case.
3. Recently one member reported that one problem, not necessarily yours, had been fixed by a firmware update, so check your firmware update history.
4. Unlikely to solve your problem, but check your APN settings, compare these with the results of a Google search for "Telstra 5G APN settings" - I am assuming you are with Telstra.
5. Also Google "ISP name and VoLTE settings" Volte needs to be both on your phone and activated by your ISP..
6. NOT an answer but increases the number of calls coming through (via wifi instead of cell tower), Google "ISP name and wi-fi calling.

Hey @pegged

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,
SamsungClaudette
