Please help...my step data for the past couple of days says 'no step data recorded'?? This is when I walked more than 10,000 steps for the two days

Do you have it set to 'automatically detect steps and record it'? Also, it requires to be online, or have ur wireless data on. Try recording an activity manually to see if it registers. .. then, try walking after that activity.
