Galaxy NoteIt doesn't seem to affect every device but it is an ongoing issue. It's also not a service carrier problem as it stretches across all carriers.

Galaxy NoteI have the same problem with my S8+ and the reply from Samsung was to wipe the cach and try again. I wiped the cach a few times and factory reset the phone and still have problems. Informed Samsung that I had tried their fix and it did not work. The last reply was to send my phone in for service. This response from Samsung really seemed like no one else in the world has this problem. Is there a problem with Samsung.
