Galaxy NoteFor the Note 10+, when I am recording in either video or Pro Video mode, the digital video stabilization is enabled, but the video shows significant shakiness? It was not like this before, and I had already did the Camera Reset and Cleared cache already.
What is the step to do self diagnostic to see if the OIS Optical Image Stabilizer System is broken?
Please see attached video here.

Galaxy NoteImage Stabilization don't work on all video mode...if you are in UHD 60 it won't work...
Which mode are you using ? Video mode Pro uhd ?
You can see if IS works for your mode in the Settings of the camera

Galaxy NoteBe sure you take video in those mode.
In normal video mode, you have only 2 choices and both are OK for the IS
It's like this for many devices.. Example, my dji camera osmo action have also some mode that can't work with Rocksteady IS

Galaxy NoteBefore taking video, you can go in the camera settings and you can see if your video resolution enable or disable the IS . If you make this test, you'll see when IS is working or not... my English 8s bad so I'm not sure I explained it the right way
