Hello,i have brought Note 10+ US set..

Until now i still cannot update to the latest firmware,it still running android 10..can anybody help me?

Go to your nearest center maybe you have international warranty they do it for hardware but for software they can check and fix but not hardware .

But the problem is i buy it via shopee and it was 2nd hand phone..the officials cip set for malaysia are exynos thats why i buy the US set cause it's use snapdragon..

Download firmware from sammobile.com and update via odin. I'm doing the all the update on my note10+ 5g snapdragon. Only work on Windows not Mac.

For the country,choose origin of the phone or current country ?
