Note 10+ not vibrating

Hey

I purchased a note 10+ about about 2 weeks ago and the phone has suddenly stopped vibrating. I have rebooted the device, tested in safe mode, wiped cache, increased vibration intensity and checked pretty much all the settings for vibration but it just wont work.

I also disconnected my Watch to make sure that wasn't interfering and it didn't help

Seems like its an issue with the hardware but wanted to check if I may have missed anything. Please advise.

hit the vibration button to see of you can force the motor to activate
