If you have the tools and know-how, you can fix it yourself. Otherwise you'll have to take it to a repair centre, preferably a Samsung Certified one if you're still under warranty

You probably are right when telling us your screen is full of cracks BUT did you know there is a plastic Samsung screen protector on your device...did you remove it to see how many damage are reaaly on your Gorilla glass screen ?
yeah i had a glass screen protector on my phone. but my phone drops on the edge of the metal rod that damaged the edge of the screen and the cracks spread on the overall screen
