Note 10 Plus, UI 3.0, Bubbles Not Working

Hi, I just recently upgrade to UI 3.0. My notification settings has been set to bubbles nothing bubble like icon appears, including Facebook messenger. 

However, if you open an app in smart pop up view, it works. The irritating part is that it won't minimise and it is a bit difficult to minimise it manually, probably due to my fat fingers.

Any help on how to make the bubbles work?

You can go enable developer settings and turn on Force Activities to be resizable

Thanks, Tan. I try to make bubbles function works like previous UI. Bubbles for apps appeared and it will minimise on its own when we tap any where outside the app.

For an example, there was WhatsApp bubble when you minimise it. But it does not work currently. If you choose "pop up view", it will become smart pop up interface which does not minimise when you tap outside the app.

I have exactly the same problem, have you found a fix or a way around it?

I checked online and found out that bubbles only work for compatible apps. this is very disappointing as there are only limited apps that support such functions.

hope Samsung developers will revert the engineering without sacrificing the stability of the systems.
