I wanna know is there anyone out there who is having a what I call a huge problem with there updates like me. My Note 10 Plus patch level is for March 2020 but it's March 2021 plus I'm still running One U.I 2.0 not even One U.I 2.5. Is there anyone here with the same issue as myself? Oh for the record yes I did contact "Samsung Support" I felt like I was speaking to a bot.

Hello, greetings to you, the most I can recommend is that you take it to a technical center to have it verified. Let's see why you do not get the updates ...

Hello , how are you 🙌🙌
I see that you have a note 10+ n975u , for some reason that versión have difficulties with the update but it not a problem of the phone is more like Samsung send the update but the mobile company don't send the update to the users ...and take a little beat more time than de normal to update. , and few countries are the only ones to have that versión n975u updated to the latest one 3.0 with android 11. So you need to wait .
But you have the option to do the updated manually with sammobile and odin the only thing you need is follow every single step. There is a bunch of video on YouTube of how to make the process step by step . Is easy and you don't need to pay anything. And everything is official.

I guess I have no choice but to wait a bit more like you Suggested. Coming from the Note 9 and I've tried that before with no luck and almost bricked my cellphone. 😪 so I guess Imma have to wait and go the safe route so I don't run into anymore complications. Thank you for the update.

But you recover you're note 9 form the brick state right?
Of course if you gonna make the process you need to be secure Of what you gonna do. For you're safety is better to wait for the update because for that version of the note is still running and do the manual update as a final option
