Note 10 + S Pen cannot be connected

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? My S Pen cannot be connected to my phone so that it cannot be charged the battery. But I can still use it normally as a normal pen.

Hi @Chrisio_gwaan, that's odd. Please try:

1. Removed S pen > restart phone > settings > advance features > s pen > air commands > three dots top right > reset s pen

If this issue persists, 

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

I'm having the same issue with my s-pen.. Actually ever since the last update I've had nothing but issues with my note 10+.. It's driving me nuts 🤯

I suggest sending an error report as mentioned earlier for further investigation.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
