Note 10+ S Pen disconnected

I'm constantly and randomly getting a notification saying that my S pen was disconnected but it was actually in the phone. The remote taking photo with S pen also not working anymore for me. 

Anyone facing the same issue? What could be the possible cause of it?

Hmm.. there was another post contributor who also had the same issue with their S pen.

Have you updated your phone recently?

I've just realised there was another post also talking about this.

Yes i did updated my phone to the latest version. All the other apps are updated as well.

And i noticed this happened after the One UI 3.0 update. This issue never happened before that. I suspect could be the update.

yes. same here. notification to reconnect SPen constantly appear.

Will look for a way to log a technical ticket to them. Or do you all know how could we do that?

Same, my note 10 lite s pen is also being interrupted all the time

Change back to Ori theme..and dont use theming service.. it might help.. Just found out.

Yeah I didnt use any theming or customisation service. Just the ori Samsung theme.

We heard your issues. Please allow us to give some suggestions.

Please try below steps: 

 

• Pulled out S Pen

• Found the "Air Command" app, and long pressed to get to info page

• Forced Stop

• Cleared cache

• Reset phone by holding down power and volume down *while keeping S Pen out of phone*

• Reinserted S Pen after it was finished rebooting.

 

Besides, have you check this issues in safe mode?  

If not yet, please check how to use safe mode here.

Thanks moderator! I tried all the steps mentioned above but no luck, the issue still persist. When i put in the S pen the phone recognise it, but once i take it out it's disconnected again.
