Note 10's S Pen disconnented

Help me! My s pen cannot use air action on my note 10 even after reset the s pen or restart my phone. What should i do??

Here are some steps you can try to get your S Pen working again:

1.  Try it with another compatible device to find out is S pen issues or original device issues.

2.  Check the software update and make sure it is the latest version.
