Galaxy NoteHi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please check if there is any update available. Also, we suggest you to reset the Spen and check if the issue still persists.
To reset it, open Settings, and then search for and select S Pen. Tap S Pen again, then tap S Pen remote or Air actions and then tap More options (the three vertical dots). Tap Reset S Pen and wait for the S Pen to reset itself.
Note: Resetting your S Pen will revert all of its features, including remote commands, to their default settings.

Galaxy NoteNo, there is no update available at the moment, I am counting on One UI 4 to fix this issue. Otherwise, I will just have to live with it.

Galaxy NoteHi, Samsung is aware of this symptom that may appear on a limited number of Galaxy Note20 devices. Regarding this, Samsung will release an improved software update to address this symptom as soon as possible. Therefore, please check for updates to your device SW regularly via the FOTA or Smart Switch PC.
