Note 20 ultra Black Screen

recently my phone was screen black suddenly... this phone I just brought it few month ago.. I send phone to Samsung centre to repair.. they refuse to give real cause on this.. but my phone was changed Screen and battery without any explanation 😒.. so poor quality control product.. must be product defect..
