Galaxy NoteWhen the phone is new, I didn't notice such delay but recently is getting worst. Don't know if it was some other updates that caused.

Galaxy Note- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partotion
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system
Test camera shutter again.

Galaxy NoteHi, If you still have the issue after performing all the steps, please backup the phone data and visit any service center so that they will check and fix it.
