Note 20 ultra camera

Does anyone else having an issue with the camera on landscape position? I meant when using the telephoto lens and zooming at least 5x, mine seems to be blurry and unusable.. attached are photos taken on both 5x in portrait and landscape position respectively

Hi Linc, It is recommended that you do not position subjects within too close distances from device to take clear photos and keep the proper distances between device and object. 

For Note20 Ultra :

Wide lens -> 30 cm -> 108M mode

Telephoto lens -> 80 cm

even afar camera cant seem to focus on landscape position..photos are in 1x landscape, 5x landscape, 5x portrait

After update, did you reset the camera ?
Landscape is ugly...

In your examples, seems like not the software problem. Maybe you need to take your phone to service center for further inspection.

If you want to try software reset. 2 things you can try.

1. Camera app
Open Settings → Apps →Camera → Storage

Clear data and clear cache

2. Wipe Cache Partition

- Shutdown your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power button together
- Release buttons when into recovery mode
- Use vol up and down to navigate
- Choose wipe cache partition
- Press power key for Ok
-Click yes and click Reboot System now

Try landscape 5x again and see if it will focus. If not, you need to visit service center.

ok, so i tried this and still didn't fix the issue.. so ill do the service center
