Try to focus close thing..... but then its hard to focus and become clear... hope samsung take notice about this....

my friend also got this problem. even when taking pic from whatsapp also the picture is not clear at all compare to note 10plus which im using it. understand that whatsapp will compress the image but atleast it should be the same resolution when taking with note 10plus.

it's the same issue with my S20 ultra phone. it's a hardware issue and no amount of software updates can fix it. least expected from such an expensive phone. I feel scammed. Samsung should refund my money or replace with note20 ultra 🤔

thats why im so confuse with them.. my canon camera with the function they want cost me 20K but they expected the phone that cost 5K to hv that features.. hmm.. really confusing me..

I think we probably need to apply how the DSLR is..Actually not the camera body that term of expensive but the lens is. So, probably Samsung need to play start the market of external lens or crown as the highest bump on the galaxy back

Note 20 ultra, may takes time to focus and always blur when capture near picture

Is it? Are you still facing this problem until now? What mode that you used for taking pic? What is the length between the phone to the subjects or how close the subject is? How about the aperture or the lights while takin a pic? If you using pro mode you should change it to focus at 'centre' not 'multi'.

In where better focus to take a closer up picture is at bright place or switch on the lights cam. But now in low lights place the cam should can auto focus at 4cm to 5cm lenght from the subjects. If it can focus at that length even after lock it, then ya it's probably the software problem, might better way to state the issue directly chat with the operator, so they will more aware this issue since this community side is where more public.
