I've had my Note 20 Ultra for just over 2 years, and now it seems I've been hit with the dreaded Glue-gate.

This phone has always been in a case, well protected, never dropped, or had any other issues.

What are the chances that Samsung would repair a phone with well known manufacturers faults outside of warranty?

I'm so disappointed, I was hit with the Note 7 battery explosions, Note 8 Bluetooth issues, Note 10 dodgy usb port boards, and now the on the note 20 ultra.

I don't think I can continue with a manufacturer with such terrible quality control, if they don't rectify this with their customers.

A warranty claim has to be approved as a case before you can mail it using their mail process. So, using yhe Support page, link bottom right on the Community page, call them.
