NOTE 20 ULTRA ISSUES

I hope someone can help me.

I just got my Note 20 Ultra, snapdragon variant. And I'm having issues with it.

• Videos automatically pauses, youtube, Netflix even my video player.

• Screen keeps on flickering, **bleep** is that? 

• Everytime I try to play games, it'll rotate on its own, or simply pause the game. It's so annoying.

I tried a lot of things already, including resetting settings as well as the factory data reset. It didn't do anything.

Is this really a problem of note 20? If so, that's just a huge fvcking disappoinment.

Doesn't happen to me, though I'm using a Exynos variant. I suggest you bring it to a Samsung Service Center to havd it check.

I have the Snapdragon model and haven't experienced any of these problems.

Did you get this brand new? Or 2nd hand? The issues might have already been there before you purchased.

For the rotate, you can simply lock the auto rotate.

For the screen flicker and pause issue, it may be a damage to the screen. So best to have it checked at a service center. Expect to have charges for it though since thats not covered by warranty.

Try to go to the nearest service center thats the last option after all troubleshooting.
