After phone software updates ... green line appeared out of nowhere ... n there is also no fast charging option as before .... went to services their replied was have to replace the screen 490++
Sadly, u are not the only one. Recently, there have been more cases of Note 20 Ultra users experiencing green/pink line on their screens after updating their phone to Android 13.
Firstly, we regret learning about the experience that you are facing currently. Kindly be informed that for any phone out of warranty, there will be charges applied accordingly.
So when our phone out of warranty is our fault that we updated to the latest software .... when out of warranty is our fault that we let the green line appear without dropping the phone at all... and is our fault when is out of warranty that we spent 1.8k on your note 20 ultra and the phone screen have this green line when we just used it for less than 2 year ....
Even my phone has same issue. Green line appeared. Its Samsungs issue and they muat fix it at $0 cost to customer. Its either your software issue or particular batch of phones is faulty. Either way Samsung must fix this at free of cost.
I had my green lines today without dropping my phone before.. if it's software or hardware issues samsung have to answer for it and not just make the consumer paid.. I had a note 10plus so far its working fine with no green lines after updated.. its the note 20 ultra i had issue not mention my note 10plus is older then my note 20 ultra and I had drop a couple times on my note 10 plus with no lines show on my phones. I assume this is not only one user is complaining about the green lines on note 20 ultra. Seem like alot of note 20 ultra is facing this issue and I think samsung have to do something with it.
Mine too... went to the customer service n was told that i will have to pay SGD390+ for change of screen, side panels n battery or SGD280+ for only change of screen. As for my S21Ultra, the screen is all white n flickering and was quoted SGD420. 😭
My phone note20 ultra got green line in Aug 2022 . That time when visited samsung service center, they said the lcd replacement charge is 400 sgd as my phone is out of warranty. Again I went back to them last week and now they are only collecting $54 as a labor charge. I got it done and now NO green lines.
