Hey everyone, I updated my phone from the S7 to the Note 8 and I've noticed that I have been not receiving all text messages. I contacted my provider and they tell me that on the system it is showing my sms messages being received and sent to my handset and that its my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this?

if you read through the forum you will see that this is a problem that is world wide and Samsung are working on it ..
Before you ask there is nothing you can to fix it.

Thank you! I have read that it's now becoming common. Some people have suggested that a new Sim card fixes this but I just wanted to find out if anyone else had something work successfully.

it's not the SIM card so no need to replace it...

I have this exact issue with the Note 8 as well on Eastlink Wireless. Sometimes I simply don't receive texts and sometimes I receive them out of order, sometimes delayed by hours.
