I did and don't vibrate at all

Then - "This issue is difficult to diagnose or troubleshoot without physically inspecting your device. Please contact your local Samsung Service Center" 🐧

Hey @criscross, could you please try the following?
1. Try to soft-reboot your device and see if the issue remains
2. Try to clear system cache of your device and see if the issue remains
