Note 8's Data and Hotspot's quick buttons in Notification Bar

I wanna know why don't I get these buttons on my phone? It's Made in Korea AT&T model I think.....

What makes you say this is an AT&T Note8? Is your model N950U and your CSC ATT?

Is it safe? what about them coming officially to phones? say like in any of the next updates?

American and canadien samsung comes like that, the next update wont change it,
and yes it's safe.

i dont really know, but i did it for my S9+ and its works fine.

the reason for them not to put it in the notification panel is because carriers don't want you to be able to turn off data just like that, they want you to pay more for it.
