I just read an article on cnet that said apparently in New York a samsung Note 9 caught fire in the owners purse. I really hope this isn't the case as the last thing samsung needs before the s10 launch is another fire scandal.

I'm sure there's news of every kind of smartphone catching fire. You can now support Donald Trump and his 'fake news' claims, or you can count your odds of being that 1 unlucky person with that 1 unlucky, device among the millions of millions same devices sold and used by million other people.
And i think it's time for everybody to move past that horrendous Note 7 debacle.

for some reason people have personal vendetta against Samsung I think... unnecessary this issue is completely unnecessary...note 9 catching fire...

it's just negative hype you know.. that Note 7 incident really left a dent. And some people really want to capitalize on it, even though Samsung president clearly said all Samsung phones forward have the best tested battery of any smartphone.

Later determined the owner was Tim Cook in drag..

Nobody at Samsung, especially the executives, wants another Note7. They also had this whole shake up of their testing system. This is an isolated case of a lonely person that needs attention

@CHMultimedia I truly am hoping it's an isolated case or there is some other precipitating factor
