So um I have this note 9 that my dad was using it for awhile. He got a new phone so I took his note9, i factory reset the phone so i can have a fresh start. After completing the intro of the phone suddenly the phone just reboots by itself. I tried wiping cache partition and booting to safe mode but non of them were working as the phone kept on restarting after booting into android. The phone was previously unable to install the latest software updates. Anyone have any ideas of what's happening to my note 9?
Turn off your device and charge it with your charger. If device can charge like normal,possibly problem related to CPU, RAM or Emmc. Firmware update or factory reset won't solved your problems. Good luck 🙂
