No. This not blue light filter problem.

have you checked your dark mode or display setting try to reset it, or worse scenario probably your screen burn

Try Settings>Display>Screen Mode

Try to check the white balance and set it to cooler instead of warmer temperature.

I have checked all that but still same. See different picture my phone, left is the normal colour screenshot n right pic is the problem.

Hmm, sorry man.
Maybe can try go to Samsung Store and ask about it, or try go to
Accessibility>Visibility enhancements>Colour adjustment
Off/On it to see if any difference then maybe mess around a bit the adjustment.

But I think those settings is mainly for people with visibility issue tho such as colour blind/partial colour blind.

Hope yours is something software related and not a screen burn in issue since there's not a fix for that I guess, cause it's hardware. May the force be with you.
