good day to everyone.
i hope someone can enlighten me about
my S-pen problem.
issue is i cannot use it as a remote to play
or pause movies, neither as a shutter remote when taking pictures.

using it as a pen to write note is fine but, but other than that, it wont work.
is it an update problem?
if so, to whom can i escalte this matter to?
