Please check the update manually. it has been already rolled out.

It was available December 2nd for the Note 20 Ultra according to the the post in the attached link.

So yes you should go to settings, software updates & check manually.

The One UI 3.0 Android 11 has been released for the Note 20 Ultra devices as mentioned by jgohil and RedDogRabbit. The Samsung members have received the update as per the information in the link provided by RedDogRabbit.
I suggest you to verify for the Software update manually on your phone and follow the steps provided by RedDogRabbit.

Where did you purchase your phone & what's the letter right after N9860?

Local Purchase.. And No Letter Just 9860

Well it should have a "W" for a Canadian Note 20 Ultra. "U" or "U1" for the US version. "B" for the international version, but it sounds like you have the Chinese Note 20 Ultra, which might explain why you haven't received any updates.
