It's coming as version DSA1. Surprising because this seems to be the same update as the Korean models got. Except, this is only for the Puerto Rico CSC.
You can flash it if you want. Gives you better security and a ton of bug fixes. The Puerto Rico model kept getting updates since Samsung Canada dropped it's support in December 2016.
Use SamFirm. Model SM-N910W8. Region PCT. Don't flash CSC.
Well the phone was being updated elsewhere ever since. The US models got updates until August 2017. The C models got monthly updates so far, even in 2019. H too. F got a recent CSC update, and got AP updates until August.
In fact, Trinidad and Tobago + Panama got an even more recent update yesterday. (https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-note4/SM-N910H/) Man, 5 years of updates.
