Anyone else has issue with the iris captor? It's working 2/10 time for me.
Also, my screen has a weird behavior when likings at some picture. There is some horizontal lines flashing always at the same place.
Edit : every basic steps were taken. Delete iris and redo, factory reset, different ambiant light, etc.
Update : I reset my phone this morning and the screen issue is solved (for now). The iris is still a problem 'though. 2/3 the diagnostic test fail ("verification needed"). It doesn't work inside at all.

None of those issues with mine. My Iris scanner works so fast that I wonder if it's actually scanning me or just accepting all.

Could be too much ambient light effecting the iris sensors. Had the same issue in the photo gallery too. Firmware update should take care of that.

i use Iris scanner on my S8 and it works flawlessly, are you using contacts or glasses? Also this does not work so great outdoors.

I do wear glasses but even when I removed them it doesn't work. It's actually worst inside than being outside with some shade.

I've only used the Iris once on my Note 8 and it worked fine, I prefer the Face Recognition because it's much quicker and doesn't require linining up your eyes. Try removing your iris and re adding it to see if it might help.
