Notre 20 Ultra lock screen issue

I've noticed an intermittent lock screen issue since updating my Notre 20 Ultra to One UI 5.1, sometimes when I unlock my phone using my fingerprint, my phone unlocks but then 2 seconds later it goes back to the lock screen. It's only happened about 3-4 times so far, so not enough time to annoy me yet given the amount of time I unlock my phone in a day. I did clear the cache as I always do after installing an OS update. 

Anybody else seen this happen?

I'm glad I found this topic, as I panicked my Note 20 ultra is the only one doing it. It's so frustrating, it happens when you unlock it quickly and open an app straight away. I've noticed this issue about 3 or 4 weeks ago. It must have come with the latest update.

Do you think there is going to be another update that we're getting for our note ?? I've heard that our devices won't be included in the new release update, but at least I hope for a minor update.

Hopefully they'll be a fix update soon.

This is also happening to me. Feels like maybe the home screen crashes? Everything goes blank for a bit then elements of the screen load back in piece by piece, then the phone is locked again.

Yes, it is happening tome, 10 times a day, at least, for the last week, so it is really annoying!!!

It's been happening to me too. When it re-locks itself the lockscreen image is an old picture I used to use a year or so ago. It's pretty annoying and happens a few times per day. I hope there is a fix soon.

Maybe it's a bug, and maybe it'll be fixed with an OTA, but anyone try to see if a Factory Reset would resolve it?

I, along with others, always Factory Reset after EVERY Android Version Update.. I've never had any issues.

Same thing is happening with my Note 20 Ultra. When unlocking a phone it unlocks it for a second than locks it back for me to unlock it again. Happening 4-5 times a day.

Has anyone found a solution. Factory reset doesn't help.

I'm having the same issue with my Note 20. I think it started maybe a month ago. No clear cause or correlation.
