ONE UI 2.1 latest update for Note 10/+ Issue

Has anyone noticed after updating to the latest ONE UI 2.1 version, one issue is that after using your phone in landscape mode then when you return to portrait mode and you exit the app you used in landscape mode, your wallpaper is set to landscape mode and doesnt go back to portrait mode. You have to manually reset your wallpaper again and again after using landscape mode to return it to normal. Here's a screenshot:

Not sure if this is related to carrier/mobile service provider roll-out, but check first if your phone is included in the 2.0 upgrade (which I believe it should be if I'm not mistaken) and then send a feedback to the Samsung help line.

it is included and actually, it might be related to my service provider. that's what I've been told.
