Is it just me... or after the update, the battery drains so much faster now on the Note 20 Ultra?

I unplug it at around noon and by 6pm, it's already at under 30%...

My main phone is the Z fold 2 and I just switched back to the Note because I wanted to try out the new One UI.

I don't remember the battery life being that bad, right? I remember being able to go at least a full day on a single charge.

I don't even do any heavy use. Just quick browsing of IG and FB, replying to messages and etc.

Note 20 Ultra users, let me know!

Thanks!

Doesn't sound right, but the battery optimization and all that is reset with the new UI.

also try clearing the cache

Hey Deeezzyyy,
Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and check if it works fine.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Hi Halston, as mentioned above, I've already did that. It didn't change anything. Thanks

ohhh boy, I'm surprised, after that update the phone is draining a loooot of battery, it can't hold anymore. I leave my phone at 100% and in the morning I check the battery is at 88%... That update is a battery drainer, hope they will fix it cause that is really taking lot of battery
