One UI 3

I see a picture that Galaxy Note 9 can be upgraded to One UI 3 android 11. Is this true? My phone is Note 9 SM-N960W.

Misleading. Samsung Members notices were never reliable sources of info. The 9 series will not receive Android 11 as they didn't include on their recent policy updates regarding 3 OS upgrades (it will start with the 10 series phones). As such 9 series phones will be stuck on Android 10.

The 9 series phones will continue to get security updates. No future OS upgrades as it has already met the 2 OS upgrade policy from Samsung.

@moderators please let samsung know about this issue.

If samsung post monthly security updates it should mention it and should not combine the ineligible model in to that list.

Please try to change the headline as security updates or try to sepereate the devices in future.

Im seeing this confusion within samsung members for 12th time.
