Are you referring to the crop size options or image resize option?
For the crop tools, just tap on the left icon marked "Free"
Otherwise, when you enter edit mode, tap the 3 dots at the top right of screen to access a resize tool there.

No, not crop. Image filesize option. It was in the options before. Not there now: I think there was a 'more' sort-of section where the red 3 dots were. NOW only the 4 tiny circles on left... with the only options attached.
