My photo editor always crash after new update. Someone have the same problem?

Have you tried to clear the cache?

Try to first clear the app cache and if it still doesn't work, clear data for the photo editor app and update it again.

Erm.... I think the reason u cant update the photo editor app is bcos u haven't uninstalled the previous updates.
What u have to do is go to the app info of the photo editor app and once you're there click on the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner and the option to uninstall updates will be there. Once you've uninstalled all updates, you'd be able to update it again.

From my own experience, it looks like you've previously installed the photo editor app with a version that's not from Google playstore or the Samsung appstore (most likely via an APK). If this is indeed what you've done, I do not know of any other solutions other than to do a hard/factory reset on your phone (bcos you've installed an incompatible photo editor app version and it won't let u uninstall or update it).

This happened to me 2 or 3 yrs back and I got the same app page display without the 3 dots as you did.
