Pink line on screen for Samsung Note 20 Ultra

Hi, i just want to ask if anyone here having the same issues after updated your phone? Mine after updated software got pink line on the screen. Already try reboot but the pink line still there

This pink/green line issue is well famous issue around the world, especially happened to 20 series. Personally I think the latest update has triggered the damage of the faulty screen but there is no proof of that. I saw got people invented the laser machine to repair it, maybe you can try find the repair service.

You'll have to change the screen better yet replace the mobile because the screen cost will be more than resale value of the mobile.

I bought new phone because the screen now have 1 pink line and 1 green line 😅

Mine has 12 green and 2 pink lines and although it's a common problem for S20 users Samsung apparently doesn't care.

Mine now has a pink line after the latest update. I tried the suggested fixes but nothing helps.

Yes, i think better you change to the latest phone because the cost for you to change the lcd same cost for you to change new phone and lately i saw people using Z Flip 3 also facing the same problem

Mine Note20Ultra wasn't appear pink line immediately after update, but now there it is. Cheaper solution of course to replace new screen part. However my concern about a new replacement of screen part is whether the issue will reappeared in future or not. If it is causing by software then even after replace the screen but there is still a probability in result of pink/green line.

Mine happened today in front of my eyes. My hp was on the table while I'm on laptop. Suddenly vertical pink line appeared. In a blink of eyes. My last software update is 1 month ago. I realised after updating one to another version, maybe battery performance has deteriorated. Instant heat while charging. Not as usual charging. I used 2 years. Samsung is my forever option. But this is the worst experience I've ever had. So sad.

To be fair, this is a rarely OLED issue that could occur in other brands phone even Apple. But it seem like majority here encounter this problem after an update. It's just annoyed no one step out to response or admit what happen. Not really worth to replace a new display with RM 1.5k for a 3 year old phone anyway. I'll bear with it until next year to upgrade.
