I think there are posers here. Samsung employees that pose as members.
Would be good if they'd let others know that they're representing Samsung so that others will know that they're not unbiased.
Members come here to share issues and the least we need is someone who tell us that it's not an issue and that it's an isolated case.

What's wrong if they are employees of Samsung? Wouldn't they be the literal meaning of being a member of the Samsung?
A poser would be someone who doesn't have have a Samsung gadget and be a member?
Yes that is the purpose of the app for users and there is nothing wrong if they work for Samsung also. That is the also the exact purpose of the app, so that the company can have a direct access to their users and get first hand information from issues. So they can immediatel address it.

Biased. Employees will tend to side with the brand at all costs and not with the consumers.
The purpose of the app is for members to share their HONEST experience with their Samsung devices and not for any fanboy to try to skew reality by pretending to have a different experience as everyone else.

But if there are legitimate issues, wouldn't it be better if actual employees see it? That way, they can relay them to the company. And it is perfectly possible for two people with the same device to have different experiences because multiple factors are involved.
