Random vibration

My phone, samsung note 10 lite keeps on vibrating in random events. I installed nice catch to see what's behind of that and it shows the "android system", but no further info. hope anyone can help me.

Its already off and I did not enable it since the first day. It vibrates at midnight while I'm browing or even when my phone is sitting still on the table. Now, it vibrates as if I hold down the volume down button to activate vibrate mode then after the vibrates, it turns back to ringer state.
