In 2019 went swimming in a pool and was dumb and decided to try out the water resistance quality of my previous Note 9 phone. Surprisingly it was good it survived without an issue.
So recently, with my note 20 ultra, I decided to try out the same thing but sadly luck wasn't on my side. So now I have to spend a fortune to get it fixed for trusting the abilities of the phone too much.
Sorry to hear this but I was like u, I took my spare S7 Edge in to the river with me for about 10 mins (in my shorts pocket) and it survived (2 yrs ago). And I've also tried it on my note 20 ultra but maybe not the same extreme way, I've washed it over the taps more than a few times and thank god, everything is still in order.
